Following my completion of military service, I pursued a bartender training program that placed a significant emphasis on the culinary aspects of the bartending profession. I secured an excellent position at KonsertBaren in Uppsala, a bistro located near Musikens Hus, known for its high-quality food and beverages.
In addition to tending the bar and crafting drinks for our guests, I also assisted with serving when necessary and took charge of managing the restaurant’s beverage procurement.
